Trading cards, sports cards, TCG products, sealed packs, boxes, cases, lots, mystery products, and randomized products involve uncertainty.

Dad Rips Packs does not guarantee:

• Any specific card, pull, hit, autograph, relic, insert, parallel, short print, chase card, redemption, or pack result
• Any specific pack odds or pull rate
• Any specific resale value, market value, or investment return
• Any specific card grade or grading outcome
• That sealed product contents will meet expectations
• That manufacturer collation, quality control, centering, corners, edges, surface, or print quality will be perfect

Collectibles can rise or fall in value. Purchases should be made for collecting and entertainment purposes, not as guaranteed investments.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inventory errors, listing errors, coupon errors, or product description errors. We may cancel or refund an order if an item was listed incorrectly, priced incorrectly, unavailable, oversold, or affected by an inventory or system error.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only when we confirm and fulfill it.
